On top of this they also have a mindset coach who is absolutely brilliant at what he does. As a trader it is very important to keep your emotions in check and he has helped me a lot not only in trading but also in my personal life. The new office is prodigious, they have a personal gym which you can use at any time during the day on top of this they also have a meditation room which is awesome whenever you want a break from the charts.
